All team members are hired to own something, to be in charge of a part of the project, and make sure everything works as intended in it. It is the reason why we donโ€™t want to recruit people for their first-time job.

Autonomy is a key part of our Team Culture. There is no ownership without autonomy and there is no autonomy without ownership. When you start your position at Magma you have to be fully autonomous on topics where you are the owner.

It means your role is:

If you have ownership of something, you are connected to it. If something happens, it is (and only) your f****** problem.
