• If your are contributing for company goals nobody can decide for you; or block your actions
• And at the end of the day, there are no excuses, you will be judge only on your result
• If your are facing problems, stay focus on the solutions
• More performances doesn’t means productivity: you have to choose your fight

👌 Autonomy

Autonomy is a key part of our Team Culture. There is no ownership without autonomy and there is no autonomy without ownership. When you start your position at Magma you have to be fully autonomous on topics where you are the owner.

It means your role is:

• To produce
• To improve
• To define results and reach goals
• To manage issue

If you have ownership of something, you are connected to it. If something happens, it is (and only) your f****** problem.

💎 Quality level

As an owner, you are in charge to make sure that the quality level is as good as expected. If it is not and the result is not there, do it again.
