We are a company who cares about the society we are living in. We decided to launch a policy to let each employee to contribute for causes that matter personally.
Why personally, not globally as a company?
Social impact is different for everyone. For some, it is important to contribute for climate causes, for others it is more important to help local association with volunteers. No matter the cause if it counts for you as member of Magma, then it is important for Magma as organisation. It is also a good opportunity to promote causes that are dear to you.
